As the Coronoavirus (COVID-19) expands across the United States, there is a chance that programming and events with Adaptive Adventures may be impacted.

For the health and safety of all involved in our programs, we ask that if you are not feeling well to please refrain from attending the program. We are working diligently to help stop the spread of seasonal illnesses within our community. Please make sure you are registering ahead of time for programs. This will help ensure you receive updates from us and will help us be prepared to serve you.

Detailed information about transmission, symptoms, current situation and preventative measures to be taken can be found at the CDC Website. We recommend taking the following steps to help safeguard your health and wellness, as well as those around you:

· If you are feeling ill or displaying symptoms of illness, please stay home. You may be asked to return home if         you are displaying symptoms.

· Please remember to wash your hands often and thoroughly.

· Utilize hand sanitizers and surface disinfectants.

· Please take steps prior to traveling, including checking the CDC’s Travelers’ Health Notices website.

* This is a closed group for SCI and TBI patients at Craig Hospital *

A great way to learn the basics of indoor rock climbing with a group of like minded Craig Hospital inpatients and outpatients! We will cover the basics of rope work, belay commands, climber movement, and gym etiquette so that a first time climber or seasoned veteran, can become confidant in the vertical environment. The benefits of climbing have been proven to help a wide range of disabilities such as PTSD, amputees, and TBI's. We welcome any and all disabilities and look forward to giving back to our community.

Benefits of Rock Climbing
