Whether you are an experienced or a new rider, we can ride together without the feeling of being concerned or overwhelmed. Our team will help you find your rhythm, preparing you for a fun spring and summer season of trail, road, and adventure rides. Come excercise and join a great community.
What to Expect:
You must have your own trainer and bike of any kind to take part at the highest level. If you don’t have a bike... the riders will give you some ideas of functional and plyometric exercises that meet the cyclists effort level. No smart trainers required... any rollers or stands work!
Types of workouts you will experience:
- Endurance training to build stamina and improve cardiovascular fitness
- Stability and mobility training to increase strength and range of motion
- Course challenges using instructors or videos to simulate your perceived course efforts
