A great way to learn the basics of outdoor rock climbing with a group of like minded people! We will cover the basics of rope work, climber movement, and etiquette so that a first time climber or seasoned climber can come and enjoy the thrill of climbing. No experience is needed.

Benefits of rock climbing include physical and mental aspects such as practice of fine motor skills, coordination of movements, balance, and core control as well as problem solving and mental focus. We will focus on every participant as an individual and encourage each climber to push their unique and personal comfort zones.

Climbers are encouraged to wear comfortable and flexible clothing. Equipment is provided, including harnesses and shoes.
