Adaptive Adventures Sailing Program is creating new opportunities in Sandusky, Ohio for individuals with physical disabilities and their families.  The program focus is providing accessible sailing, skill development, instruction, modified racing and maritime education that will assist participants in achieving freedom through the mobility of sailing. Participants are encouraged to learn sail on a regular basis on either a recreational or competitive level, with the goal of encouraging several persons with disabilities become “sailing” qualified and act as role models for the program in the future. Our program is based out of Sandusky Bay.

Advance registration is essential in order to ensure the appropriate number of participants, captains, and volunteers.  We require that all individuals sign up online no later than NOON ON FRIDAY of the week before you are interested in sailing.  If it is later than that time, you must contact Larry to ensure we have the resources to serve you.
