**WEBCAST** Paddle Sport Shoulders and Traps Workout - International

Get ready for summer with this 30 minute workout. This class requires no equipment and can be done standing up or sitting down. We will run through workouts designed to condition and strengthen your arms, shoulders, abs and back.

Summer is coming and that means paddle sports are just around the corner. We at Adaptive Adventures love getting out on the water for kayaking, dragon boat racing, and stand up paddle boarding. Join us for a 30 minute workout that will tone and strengthen your muscles. This workout can be done standing up or sitting down. No equipment is needed, no experience needed. After, we will have a question and answer time so you can interact with fellow community members. 

This workout class will take place using the platform . You will be able to see and interact live with your instructor and fellow participants.

HouseHold Items to Grab:

In order to increase the intensity of the workout we recommend you grab a few household items that we might use during the workout. All workouts can be done without these items, however weight is recommended and will help build strength.

- Household weights - anything in your house that you can put in your hand and hold that has weight to it. For example a jug of water, a soup can, or a heavy book.

- A towel or belt - Grab a towel or belt to use for stretches and resistance.


**Participants must be able to follow directions and effectively communicate with or without assistance provided by themselves to be eligible for Adaptive Adventures programs**
