**WEBCAST** VA Intro to Climbing, Hudson Valley - New York

*This is a private event for the members of the Hudson Valley VA*

Adaptive climbing is a fun social activity that helps people achieve goals. This is an educational program to teach Veterans the physical and emotional health benefits of rock climbing and to prepare them for an in-person clinic when the gyms reopen.

If you are a part of the Hudson Valley VA, you may register for this event through your VA Recreational Therapist.

See what is possible when you have freedom through mobility! There will be a 30 minute Q and A after the session.
