Mountain Biking at Los Tubos Trails and discussing the many different bikes and styles of trail riding. We will cover some beginner to advanced technique to help you ride better, or more efficiently. Segment challenges while on the trail will be ridden and discussing how to improve, or laugh harder at each other often. Fun Day on these great trails for all levels of experience.

VA Mountainbiking - Los Tubos Trail System
Meeting in the parking lot next to the trail head, We will do an intro and skills progression before heading out on a ride, to be sure you feel comfortable as you grow into this great program in partnership with the VA Carribean Healthcare System. Please bring clothing appropriate to exercise in warm weather.. We will provide snacks and beverages for you to use on the ride.
