Join us for a relaxing afternoon of adaptive yoga featuring a breathing exercise workshop. This class will focus on breathing exercises but will also include gentle movement. No experience required, no equipment required. Come as you are to join our community in 45 minutes of intentional breathing and mindfulness. After we will have a question and answer time where you can interact with other people online who are doing the yoga class with you.

This adaptive yoga class will take place using the platform . You will be able to see and interact live with your instructor and fellow participants.

Yoga is a healing practice that integrates movement, strength, mobility, and breath. Shanna Linn discovered yoga a bit late in life, but fell in love with its ability to generate focus and clarity, helping one to navigate challenges with a sense of harmony. She has been studying and practicing yoga since 1994, completing numerous trainings and study in India. She has taught for yoga studios, senior centers, residential programs, fitness centers, private clients, and a range of special populations, and has been teaching anatomy for yoga teacher training programs since 2004. Shanna has a BFA in Fine Arts, an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and is a graduate of the (former) Chicago School of Massage Therapy.
