Biking the historic Elroy Sparta Trail and discussing the many different bikes available, and adapt each rider to a bike, ride the dedicated bike trails and learn more about how to ride these bikes with our disabilities.

VA Intro to Cycling - Tomah VA (Tomah, WI)

We will be meeting in the parking lot in Sparta at trail head. You will be fit for a bike and any adaptations necessary before heading out on a ride to be sure you feel comfortable as you grow into this great program in partnership with the Tomah VA. Please bring clothing appropriate to exercise in warm weather and little shade. We will provide snacks and beverages for you to use on the ride.
