Access Adventure: Hornets Sled Hockey Team - Illinois

Adaptive Adventures is looking for volunteers to assist with cycling and climbing for the Hornets Sled Hockey Team End of Season party.

 Who Can Attend?

This event is a private event for athletes and families of the Hornets Sled Hockey Team.  Registration is for Adaptive Adventures VOLUNTEERS ONLY.

 Where and When?

Join us at Busse Woods Forest Preserve, Picnic Grove #1 from 1pm – 4pm as we run climbing and cycling programs for Hornets Sled Hockey players and their families.  Please meet at Busse Woods Picnic Grove #1 at 12pm to help set up the portable rock wall and climbing equipment, as well as cycles and cycling equipment.  Feel free to stay after the event as the Hornets have invited Adaptive Adventures to stay for their cookout.

 How Should I Dress & Things to bring?

Come dressed in comfortable athletic attire to enjoy a bike ride (think breathable, moisture-wicking), closed toe shoes, and easily removable layers (weather dependent). Adaptive Adventures will provide all adaptive equipment and helmets.
